四、设备介绍：
燃机前置循环（也称：单循环）热电联产是一种技术先进、高效率、低污染的清洁燃烧热电生产工艺，它先通过燃气轮机的压缩机将空气压缩十几倍注入燃烧室与燃料混烧，温度超过 1,000℃，使压缩空气热膨胀推动叶片带动燃气轮机发电进行首次能源利用；功后热烟气温度一般还有 500℃，将其排入余热锅炉转换蒸汽，加以利用。
由于工艺决定，燃气轮机利用沼气具有许多优势。首先是维护率低：燃气轮机是一种连续运行的发电技术，不同于内燃机需要不断点火和更换机油，沼气质量如果没有太大的波动， 基本不需要太大的维护工作量。由于维护频率低，设备可利用率非常高，天然气为燃料的内燃机组年平均可利用时间小于7000小时，而燃气轮机平均超过8000小时。索拉燃气轮机的大修周期为30000小时，检修时可以预先租用一台机组，一般在48小时内可以完成更换，年设备利用小时能够达到8500小时以上。由此进一步带来的效益是发电运行成本低，燃气内燃机的运行成本为0.1-0.13元/kWh，燃气轮机为0.03-0.055元/kWh。
索拉公司是位于美国加州圣地亚哥市的专业燃气轮机制造厂家，属于世界500强企业卡特彼勒公司的子公司。该公司生产的小型燃气轮机在世界同类产品市场上的占有率超过70%，截止到去年，已经生产从700~15000kW各类燃气轮机超过11566台，累计运行时间11.08亿小时。
