2013-10-09 16:05:45

News in this week. The <<The Guiding Opinions for the Merger and Acquisition and Restructure of Photovoltaic Industry>> formulated by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has been revised recently and will be formally announced in near future. It is learned that, for the time being, some of the leading photovoltaic businesses in China are communicating with relevant decision-making departments on the matters concerning the integration of the industry and, during a period of time in future, the theme for Chinese photovoltaic manufacturing industry will be “Merger and Acquisition and Restructure.”
Recently, the policies favorable to photovoltaic panels are announced one after another. To standardize the management of photovoltaic power station projects, to secure safe and reliable operation of photovoltaic power stations and electrical systems, and to promote sustainable and healthy growth of photovoltaic power generating industry, National Bureau of Energy has formulated <<Interim Methods on the Management of Photovoltaic Power Station Project>> in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
It is disclosed that currently, National Bureau of Energy is formulating <<Several Opinions on Promoting Healthy Growth of Wind Power Generating Industry>> to solve the obstinate illness that have been suffered by domestic wind power industry, i.e. “hard to be interconnected and taken and consumed”, and the policy supporting force should be equivalent to the photovoltaic supporting policy that has been announced most recently. The <<Several Opinions on Promoting Healthy Growth of Wind Power Generating Industry>> is expected to be published by the end of this year and, currently, relevant parties are observing the post-implementations of the new policy and specific rules for photovoltaic industry.
It is observed that, in August 2013, total 1.028 million wind turbines were produced across the country, which saw a 28.66% fall compared to that produced in the same period of time of last year. From January to August 2013, total 8.18 million wind turbines were produced across the country, which saw a 3.53% rise compared to that produced in the same period of time of last year. In the first half of this year, about 8 GW of wind power projects were newly tendered across the country, equivalent to that tendered during the whole year of last year, and saw an 80% rise compared to that of the first half of last year.
A few days ago, Edward David, minister of British Energy and Climate Change began his visit in China aiming to attract investors and investments for the next generation power stations and off-shore wind power generating farms, which has brought good news to both parties in deepen the cooperation and has laid foundation for British prime minister, Cameron`s up-coming visit in China. However, according to the analysts, U.S. and other European countries are strong competitors to Britain, and Chinese businesses maybe pretty reserved in investing in Britain.
